1. Use Alternative Search Tools:

3. Reinstall Universal Applications:

4. Restart File Explorer:

To restart, you should hit on Ctrl + Shift + Esc key together to open Task Manager. After this, right tap on Windows Explorer on the list and then select Restart option from the menu.

5. Check your Firewall is Enabled:

This issue occurs if necessary components are not enabled. In case, Windows Search is linked with Windows Firewall, then if Windows Firewall is disabled, then you cannot use Windows Search. In case, if you disable Windows Search from the Group Policy Settings, then make sure to enable Windows Firewall.

6. Change your Group Policy Settings:

The customer should tap on Win Key + R at the same time and then input gpedit.msc and tap on Enter or OK button. Then in the left side, you should go to Computer Configuration and tap on Administrative Templates. At this point, you should hit on Windows Components and then hit on Search.
