Method to Fix If Wi-Fi does not have a Valid IP Configuration:
1. Uninstall Wireless Adapter Driver:
For this, you should press Windows Key + X altogether and then select Device Manager. Now, you should find your wireless device and then right-tap on it and then select Uninstall device. After this, you should check the box Delete driver software for this device and then tap on OK button. At last, you need to Restart your PC.
2. Reset TCP/IP:
The user should search for cmd and then tap on Run as administrator in order to start Command Prompt. Now, you should enter the following lines:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
Here, you should close Command Prompt and then restart your PC.

3. Change Wireless SSID and Password:
The user can fix Wi-Fi doesn’t have a valid IP configuration issue just by changing the wireless SSID and password. For this, you have to connect your PC with the modem just by using the Ethernet cable access your modem and change the wireless SSID and password.
4. Set Channel width to Auto:
To set channel width to Auto, you should press Windows Key + X altogether and then from the menu you should choose Network Connections. Now, you should right-tap your wireless connection and then from the menu you should select Properties. Here, you should tap on Configure button and visit to the Advanced tab. At this point, you should find 802.11n Channel Width for band 2.4 and then set it to Auto. At the end, tap on OK button to save changes.
5. Manually Set your IP address:
The user should press Windows Key + X at the same time and then select Network Connections. Now, you should right-tap your wireless network and then select Properties from the menu. Here, you should choose Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and then tap on the Properties button. At this point, you should choose the Use the following IP address option and then enter the IP address, Subnet mask, and Default gateway. At last, you should hit on OK button.
6. Perform a Clean boot:
You should press the Windows Key + R at the same time and then type msconfig and click on Enter key. Now, you should choose Selective startup and then uncheck the option of Load startup items. Here, you should visit to the Services tab and then check the option of Hide all Microsoft services and then tap on Disable all button. At this point, you should visit to Startup tab and then tap on Open Task Manager. Next, you should tap on Apply and OK button. After this, you should right-tap on each item which is on the list and then select Disable option. Then, you have to close Task Manager and then hit on Apply and OK button in the Windows Configuration window. At the end, just Restart your computer.
