- Run Windows Update Troubleshooter:
The customer should tap on Windows + I key in order to launch the Settings app. After this, you should tap on Troubleshoot option which is on the right side in the System tab. 3. Restart Windows Update Service:

Here, you should tap on the Startup type dropdown menu, and then choose Automatic from the list of options. 4. Disable VPN:
