Method to Use Device Encryption on Window 11:

1. Enable Hard Drive Encryption:

The user can encrypt the disk on Windows 11 device just by using the BitLocker tool from Control Panel. It will help the users to encrypt their data and can accessible by those who will input the required password.

First, you should tap on the Search icon which is on your Taskbar. After this, you should write BitLocker in the search box which opens up on your screen and then hit on the app from the results. Now, you should choose Turn on BitLocker. Here, you will be asked to choose a method to unlock your drive at startup. The user can use the password method or they can also use a USB key. At this point, you should enter the password and then re-enter it and then hit on Next option.

At last, you should enable BitLocker encryption.

3. Turn off Drive Encryption:

To disable Drive Encryption, you should tap on the Search icon from the Taskbar and then write bitlocker and choose the app from results. Now, you should tap on Turn off BitLocker. Here, you should confirm it just by clicking again on Turn off BitLocker. At last, you should wait till BitLocker decrypts your drive before you shut down or restart your PC.
