1. Use BSOD Repair Software:

Through Windows Installation Media:

For this, you should insert your Windows installation media. After this, you should right-tap on the Start menu and then from the menu, you should select the Command Prompt as Admin. Now in the command line, you should write the below commands and then tap on Enter key after each command:

dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

At this point, you need to type the command and then hit on Enter button:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:X:SourcesInstall.wim:1 /LimitAccess

Here, you should change the X value with the letter of the mounted drive. At last, just restart your device.
