Method to Fix If Gamepad Is Not Recognized On window 10:
1. Download Latest Gamepad Driver:
The user should first download the latest driver and then right-tap on the setup file in order to locate Properties. After this, in compatibility tab, you should hit on Run this program in compatibility mode for and then from the drop down menu, select the operating system according to your Windows 10 upgrade. At last, you should finish the installation procedure and then restart the PC.
2. Run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

6. Change Power Plan Settings:
To change Power Plan Settings, you need to tap on Windows Key + S together and then input power settings. From the menu, you need to choose Power & sleep settings. Here, you should tap on the Additional power settings. At this point, you should find the selected power plan and then tap on Change plan settings. After this, you should tap on Change advanced power settings. The user should go to USB settings / USB selective suspend setting. At last, you should set it to Disabled and then tap on Apply and OK button to save changes.
7. Install Generic USB Hub Drivers:
To install, you should open Device Manager and then find the USB Root Hub device. You will have these devices in your Computer. Now, you should right-tap on the USB Root Hub device and then select Update driver. At this point, you should choose Browse my computer for driver software. Here, you should tap on Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer. Next, you need to choose USB Root Hub from the list and then tap on Next button. At last, you should repeat the procedure for all USB Root Hub drivers.
